When you arrive on Earth you need an identity — mint yours through Charon on the Identity Chain (Origin) on Avalanche. From there, gameplay spans the Cosmos: the Noosphere hub settles jewels, smelting, and journeys across nine private jewel chains. Turtle genetics, DeFi primitives, hedge fund vaults, DAO governance, and a launchpad.
First you land: the Identity Chain (Origin) on Avalanche is where Charon mints who you are — before any jewel play. Origin carries no turtle species or magic square; it holds Charon chr_board_* boarding tokens, Obol credentials, and scoped credentials for identity-provisioned agentic work. Charon holds off-chain authority; Avalanche contracts record attestations. Then you travel: the Noosphere gameplay hub on Cosmos carries jewel settlement and the smelting ladder at 10×10 through 16×16. Seven jewel chains host turtle species and magic squares from 3×3 through 9×9. SUI supplies food and water — no magic square there. Bridges (Axelar, Chainlink CCIP, Avalanche Warp, IBC) connect Avalanche Origin, Cosmos Noosphere, and the jewel L1s.

Getting to Earth means needing an identity. The Identity Chain is not another jewel for turtles — it is the Avalanche Origin chain where human identity is recorded on-chain without being reduced to recycled contact data. Phone numbers, emails, and street addresses are reassigned, merged, and scraped by data brokers every day. When those vectors drift out of sync with reality, brokers stitch the wrong people together — and digitized life paths get swapped.

Two co-op paths shape value — Cutting and Polishing. Neither merges or consumes a turtle. Doing either is good; finishing both yields the most valuable form and the strongest breeding weight.
Mine your own rough, then pair with another player on the faceting bench. Together you place complementary facets on the Agrippa plane — cleaving, bruting, and table work. Major milestones need both players online. Cutting alone improves the stone; it is the craft of shaping geometry, not a merge.
Two players run polish passes together to deepen clarity and brilliance. Purchased diamonds arrive already faceted — they only need polishing. Mined stones take the polish path after cutting. Polish alone is valuable; polish after a full cut is best.
Rough from the mine starts uncut. Trade and stake at a reduced rate until you complete both paths: cut with a partner, then polish with a partner. Full finish unlocks the highest value tier and DAO breeding eligibility.
Market stones ship with a factory facet finish. You skip cutting and join a polish pair for deeper clarity. One path is enough to play; adding polish after a self-mined cut is how the rarest grades are made.
